Terms

Last updated 14 October 2026, version 2

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Ali Abdelaziz, an individual in Giza, Egypt, who runs Cramless (in these terms, "we" and "us"). Cramless is not yet a registered company. By signing up for or using Cramless you agree to these terms, so please read them. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data and forms part of this agreement.

Who can use Cramless

You must be 13 or older. If you are 13 or 14, Cramless needs your parent's or guardian's written consent before it reads your Google Classroom or messages you, and asks for it when you sign up. Your parent or guardian also agrees to these terms for you.

In Egypt, full legal capacity begins at 21. If you are under 21, you confirm that your parent or guardian agrees to you using Cramless under these terms.

Use your own Google account and your own phone number, and have one account only.

What Cramless is

Cramless watches your Google Classroom, tells you about new work and deadlines on WhatsApp, suggests when you could study, answers questions about your own work, and marks practice answers. It is free. It is an assistant, not a source of truth.

Google Classroom is the real record

Always check Google Classroom before you rely on anything here. Cramless reads Classroom every few hours, so a change your teacher makes may not show yet. If a deadline matters, confirm it at the source.

What the labels mean

Whether something is shown as homework or as an exam is worked out from the words your teacher used. It is a guess and it is sometimes wrong. The topics shown for an exam are copied from what your teacher actually wrote, and are left blank when they wrote nothing recognisable. For the work Cramless reads from Google Classroom, the type, topics and due date are worked out by code, not by AI, and Cramless never invents a topic, a chapter or a deadline.

The study hours suggested for each exam are starting points, not advice about how much work you personally need. Change them on any item if they are wrong for you.

AI answers and marking

Answers to your questions and marks for your practice answers are written by AI (Claude, made by Anthropic), not by a person. AI can be wrong, even when it sounds sure. Do not rely on a fact it states without checking it, for example in Google Classroom, your notes or with your teacher.

A mark from Cramless is an estimate of what an examiner might give. It is not an official AQA mark, and nothing in Cramless guarantees any grade or exam result.

Messages may be delayed

WhatsApp only lets a service message you freely within 24 hours of your last message to it. Outside that window an alert is held and delivered when you next write. Messages can also be delayed or lost for reasons outside anyone's control, so do not treat the absence of a message as proof that nothing is due.

Your school may block Cramless

Schools that manage their students' Google accounts can stop them connecting apps such as Cramless. If yours does, Google may tell you that your administrator needs to review the app, and Cramless will not be able to read your Classroom.

Using Cramless fairly

When you use Cramless, do not:

WhatsApp messages

Connecting your number means you agree to receive Cramless's alerts, reminders, weekly summaries and replies on WhatsApp. Send stop at any time to stop them. WhatsApp's own terms also apply to how you use WhatsApp, and your mobile provider's usual data charges may apply.

Your content

What you write in Cramless, such as your answers, your week and your messages, stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Cramless for you, as the privacy policy describes, and that permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from the copies the privacy policy says can remain for a short time.

Our content and AQA material

The Cramless name, design, text and software belong to us. You may use them only to use Cramless.

The Study section is based on AQA past papers, mark schemes and examiner reports, which belong to AQA. Cramless shows AQA material only as AQA permits and otherwise links to AQA's own website. You may not copy AQA material from Cramless.

Other companies' services

Cramless depends on Google, WhatsApp, Twilio, Anthropic, Resend and its hosting providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or for changes they make, although we will tell you if one affects Cramless.

Names that belong to others

Cramless is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AQA, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio or Anthropic. AQA is a trade mark of AQA Education. Google and Google Classroom are trade marks of Google LLC. WhatsApp is a trade mark of WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta. Claude is a trade mark of Anthropic. They are named only to describe what Cramless works with.

No guarantee

Cramless is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always work, be correct or be uninterrupted. Keeping track of your deadlines and your work remains your responsibility.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using Cramless or being unable to use it, including a missed deadline, a lower grade or an exam result.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or takes away any right you have under consumer protection law, including Egypt's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018), or any other legal rule that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Suspending or ending your use

You can stop using Cramless and delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or close an account if its owner breaks these terms, or where that is needed to protect other users or the service, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. We may also stop running Cramless. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice where we can, and delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Cramless changes. If a change matters, we will tell you by email to the address you sign in with, and on the website, at least 14 days before it takes effect, and change the date at the top. If you do not agree to a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them. This does not take away any protection the consumer law of the country you live in gives you.

If something goes wrong, please write to support@cramless.ai first. Most problems can be put right quickly.

Language

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two differ or conflict, the Arabic version applies.

Other legal points

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term, or enforcing it late, does not mean we have given it up. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Cramless. If a company takes over running Cramless, we will tell you first, and your data moves to it only if you agree.
