What's new
Everything Cramless has learned to do, newest first. You can also send "what's new" on WhatsApp.
StudyBuddy is now Cramless
Same app, new name and a new address: cramless.ai. Your account, your coursework and your WhatsApp connection all carry on as before.
- The website is now at cramless.ai. The old address still works for now and takes you to the same account.
- Nothing to reconnect. Your Google Classroom and WhatsApp stay linked.
- Replies on WhatsApp and in Ask now say plainly that they are written by AI, so you know to check anything important in Google Classroom.
Homework that repeats every week
If you get the same homework on the same day every week, like Sparx on Tuesdays, tell Cramless once and it keeps track of every week for you until the end of the school year.
- Say it however you like, for example "I have sparx homework every Tuesday, please remind me".
- Each week shows up on your list a few days before it is due, with the same reminders as any other homework.
- It understands "every Tuesday and Thursday", "every other Monday", "every day" and "school days". For school days it asks which days you mean.
- See everything that repeats with "my repeats", and stop one with "stop repeating" and its number or name.
- Your week page lists what repeats too, with a Stop button. Stopping asks you first.
- Changed your mind? Reply "undo".
Try sending
- sparx maths every tuesday
- my repeats
- stop repeating 1
Change your week just by saying it
Your week is what you already do, like school, training or a tutor. You can now add to it or take things out in your own words.
- "Football every Thursday 5 to 7pm" adds it to your week, so Cramless stops planning study time there.
- "I don't have piano anymore" takes it out. It checks with you first.
- Anything added this way can be taken back with "undo".
Try sending
- football every thursday 5-7pm
- my week
A newer, sharper assistant
Cramless now runs on a newer Claude model, so its answers are clearer and it follows what you mean more closely.
- Replies are short and to the point, with no long lists.
- It tells you exactly what it changed, and does not promise changes it has not made.
- If the assistant cannot answer for a while, it now says so plainly instead of saying it did not understand you.
Just say yes
When Cramless needs to check something with you, you can now answer "yes", "no" or a number, instead of typing a command back.
- Change up to three things in one message, like "done with the physics and move chemistry to Sunday".
- "Undo" takes back everything your last message changed.
- Dates can be looser: "at 6pm", "in 3 days", "next Tuesday".
It knows what day it is, and what you just said
The assistant now knows today's date, sees the week you set up on the website, and remembers your last few messages for half an hour.
- "What's due tomorrow?" gets the right day.
- Short answers like "both" or "when was that due?" are understood, because it remembers what you were talking about.
- Your messages are deleted after 30 days.
Change your homework over WhatsApp
You can now tell Cramless about your homework, not just ask about it.
- Mark something done, or say you are not doing it.
- Move a due date when your teacher gives you more time.
- Add homework from a tutor, or anything that is not on Google Classroom.
- Reply "undo" to take back the last change.
Try sending
- done chapter 7
- move chapter 7 to sunday
- add biology worksheet due thursday
